Refund policy

1. RETURN PERIOD (14-DAY POLICY)

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exercise your statutory right of revocation.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same pristine condition that you received it: unworn, undamaged, and unused.
It must include all original packaging, tags, certificates, and authentication materials.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation number).

2. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The customer is responsible for paying all direct return shipping costs pursuant to § 357 Para. 5 BGB. Return shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service (such as DHL), as we cannot issue refunds for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN & RETURN ADDRESS

Return Process:

Email us with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you the designated return shipping address and instructions on how to send your package.
Important: Please do not send your item back to our administrative/impressum address or without requesting a return first. Packages sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted or processed.

4. DAMAGES, DEFECTS & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the piece arrives defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at vamp.inquiries@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect/damage. In verified cases of damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping or replacement costs.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS & BESPOKE EXCLUSIONS

Personalized / Custom Engraved Items: In accordance with § 312g Para. 2 No. 1 BGB, items that have been customized with individual engravings or bespoke design modifications created specifically to customer specifications are excluded from standard returns.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

6. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get the preferred size or piece is to return the current item following the steps above. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate order for the new piece.

7. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU 14-DAY RIGHT OF REVOCATION)

EU consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (VAMP.INDUSTRIES, Vincent Schönborn, Email: vamp.inquiries@gmail.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement. Pursuant to § 357 Para. 5 BGB, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

8. REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your returned piece in our laboratory, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times by banks or credit card providers may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to vamp.inquiries@gmail.com.
