Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destination & Costs
We currently ship exclusively within Germany. 
• Standard / Insured Express Shipping: Free of charge for all domestic orders (Germany).

2. Made to Order & Production Timeline
To guarantee uncompromising craftsmanship and eliminate overproduction (Zero Waste Philosophy), every piece is individually cast and refined upon order in our Berlin laboratory. 

Please note our multi-stage process before dispatch:
• Laboratory Production: approx. 5–7 business days
• Quality Control & Serialization: 1 business day
• Total Handling Time before dispatch: approx. 6–8 business days

3. Delivery & Carrier Transit Time
Once production and quality inspection are complete, your order will be handed over to our shipping carrier:
• Carrier: DHL (Insured Shipping)
• Estimated Transit Time: 1–2 business days within Germany
• Total Estimated Time (from order to delivery): approx. 7–10 business days

4. Order Tracking
As soon as your piece leaves our laboratory and is handed over to DHL, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number to follow your parcel's progress in real-time.

5. Shipping Address & Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout. We deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, and DHL Packstations within Germany.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
All our shipments are fully insured. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please notify us immediately at vamp.inquiries@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging/item so we can assist you promptly.
